Girl Scouts - Pitch Cookies to Pam!
Almond Tree Wedding Boutique wants to help the next generation of young, female entrepreneurs by supporting the skills being taught now in the Girl Scouts’ annual cookie campaign. Any Girl Scout in the Phoenix area can “Pitch Cookies to Pam” and get a great sale!
Girl Scouts can schedule their pitch-time online and then come into the store in uniform to make their best pitch – in five minutes or less – telling Pam why she should buy her cookies. Every Girl Scout who shows up for her appointment will sell five boxes of cookies!
Pam Hardy Ronalter was a Girl Scout herself. She knows the value the program brings to young women – educating and mentoring the next generation of strong female leaders and entrepreneurs. Pam came from a corporate career in financial services to found her own successful business – Almond Tree Wedding Boutique – now celebrating its 10th anniversary.
We believe this is an incredible mentorship opportunity to teach vital work and business skills – including:
Dressing for success
Sales & marketing
And so much more
There are a limited number of appointments available, so get yours now. Use the link below to go to our appointment scheduling page and select "Pitch Cookies to Pam" to choose your appointment time. Cookie pitching appointments will be available from Tuesday, February 26th through Thursday, February 28th, 2019, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Girl Scouts must arrive for their appointment in uniform and accompanied by a parent, guardian, or troop leader (one appointment per person).
Pam LOVES Girls Scout Cookies (especially Thin Mints)! This means that she will, of course, keep a few boxes for private consumption. But all the rest will be donated to families in need through the Saint Vincent De Paul Food Bank … everyone wins!
* This is a fun promo and mentoring thing that we're doing. It's not an "official" Girl Scout event and is not associated with or endorsed by the Girls Scouts or Cactus-Pine Council. After all, we're just buying cookies, and when is that ever not a good thing? No other promises or guarantees are expressed or implied. Again, we're just buying Girl Scout cookies ... a lot of them. :-)
