What are your delivery options?
We ship nearly everything UPS (they do a great job). For wedding gowns we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $60.00 to anywhere in the lower 48 United States. This covers packaging materials, shipping fees, and insurance. Deliver usually takes 5 to 10 working days. Rush 2-day service is available for $200.00 flat rate (gowns come in big boxes!). If you need something special, just ask.
If you ordered non-gown items such as purses, shoes, or jewelry they will also be shipped via UPS. You will see the rate in your shopping cart when you place your order.
What is Your Return Policy?
In Store - All items purchased in the store are final. This is not unusual in the wedding business, especially at our incredible values.
Online - Online orders are eligible for returns within 7 days of the date they were delivered to you. Just call us within those 7 days and we will give you a return verification number to write on the box. All goods must be in perfect "as received" condition. This means that you may have tried it on, but did not wear it for any length of time or at any function. You must carefully repack any returning items in the boxes they came in and ship them back to us (there will be detailed instructions inside the box). Shipping fees are not refundable or reimbursable.
Do you provide International delivery?
Sorry, not yet. But wouldn't that be cool?
How do I track my order?
First, almost everything we ship goes through UPS and is fully insured ... so don't worry! UPS does a great job most of the time and you should have received an automated email from them with tracking instructions. If that didn't happen or you are having a problem, just give us acall at the shop so we can help.
